Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
